The 2024 cohort from Snow Australia’s Emerging Talent Program will come together at the National Snowsports Training Centre (NSTC) in Jindabyne for the Season Launch Camp this weekend.

Snow Australia’s Emerging Talent Program (ETP) Moguls athletes and the NSWIS Moguls Team are jumping to new heights at the Geoff Henke Olympic Winter Training Centre at Sleeman Sports Complex in Brisbane this week.

The first weekend in June saw more than 40 of Australia’s rising snowsport stars descend on Jindabyne as their launchpad into the 2023 domestic season. Athletes from Alpine, Cross Country, Snowboard Cross, Moguls, Park & Pipe Snowboard, Park & Pipe Freeski, Para Alpine and Para Snowboard assembled at the National Snowsports Training Centre for the Emerging Talent Program (ETP) Pre-Season Camp.
Snow Australia’s inaugural Alpine and Ski Cross Emerging Talent Program (ETP) camp was held at the National Snowsports Training Centre in Jindabyne in late April, with five athletes invited to the immersive five-day experience.
Snow Australia has announced 58 athletes have been inducted into the Snow Australia Emerging Talents Program (ETP) for the 2023/24 season. With the program running from May 2023 to April 2024, there are 17 new athletes joining the existing cohort, with developing Para Alpine and Para Snowboard athletes also named to the program for the first time.
The Emerging Talent Program (ETP) is a Talent Identification and Development (TID) program which aims to identify, support and enhance preparation of potential performance athletes for transition into the Performance Pathway.
