32nd Annual General Meeting
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of Snow Australia will be held on Thursday, 26th March 2026 at 5pm. The meeting will be held online via videoconference.
Members and guests are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting. Attendees will be required to register for the online meeting via the link below. Once registered a unique meeting link will be sent to you.
Elections
The members of the Board to be elected shall be two (2) members elected from those nominated for which nominations are hereby called.
Nominations shall be signed by the person nominated and shall be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer at least forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting being before 5pm on Monday, 9 February 2026.

If the number of nominations for the respective positions as Director does not exceed the number of vacancies, then the candidates shall be declared elected. If the number of candidates exceeds the number of positions available, then such candidates shall be elected in accordance with the Snow Australia Constitution.
Board Vacancies
The meeting will consider the election of Board positions arising from;
- Louise Barrett: Standing for re-election
- Steve Cooper: Standing for re-election
Snow Australia Nominations Committee Recommendation
The Board of Snow Australia has established a Nominations Committee comprised of respected individuals from the sport and industry and endorsed by Australian Sports Commission, the Australian Olympic Committee and the Snow Resorts Australia. This Committee has a charter to provide independent guidance to Snow Australia Members with regard to individuals nominating for the Board. The Nominations Committee will provide advice to Members not less than 21 days prior to the AGM. Voting
Only persons or entities who have joined the Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the AGM date, being before 5.00pm on Thursday, 24 February 2026, will be eligible to vote at that meeting.
