Park & Pipe DirectorSnow Australia is seeking an experienced Park & Pipe Director to lead the strategic direction and technical delivery of one of Australia’s most exciting high-performance winter sport programmes.
The role will oversee Australia’s Park & Pipe programme across six Olympic disciplines, Freeski Big Air, Freeski Slopestyle, Freeski Halfpipe, Snowboard Big Air, Snowboard Slopestyle and Snowboard Halfpipe, supporting the pathway from emerging talent through to world-class performance.
Based at the National Snow Training Centre in Jindabyne during the domestic winter season, the Park & Pipe Director will play a key leadership role in developing athletes, guiding coaches and ensuring Australia’s Park & Pipe pathway continues to build on its strong history of Olympic and World Championship success.
This is a senior high-performance leadership position requiring deep technical expertise in Park & Pipe disciplines, demonstrated experience leading athletes or teams in elite winter sport environments, and the ability to manage and develop coaching staff across a complex, multi-discipline pathway. Strong strategic planning, communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills will also be essential.
Working closely with Snow Australia’s high-performance team, coaches, athletes and key performance partners, the successful candidate will help shape the next chapter of Australian Park & Pipe, building a clear, evidence-based programme focused on athlete development, international competitiveness and long-term success.

Head of Athlete DevelopmentSnow Australia is seeking an experienced and highly capable Head of Athlete Development to help shape the future of Australian snowsports and strengthen the national pathway from emerging talent through to high performance. This full-time, permanent role is a significant opportunity to lead the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of Snow Australia’s Athlete Development Framework across all Olympic and Paralympic disciplines. Working closely with coaches, discipline leaders, national institute partners and key system stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a central role in building a connected, evidence-based and athlete-centred development system. The position will suit someone with strong expertise in athlete development, performance pathways and high performance sport program management, together with the ability to influence, collaborate and lead across a complex multi-discipline environment. Snow Australia is looking for candidates who can demonstrate the required qualifications, expertise and experience, including practical experience in athlete development, talent identification, pathway program design, stakeholder engagement and program management.
