NSTC Operations Manager

Snow Australia is excited to announce an opportunity to join the team at the National Snowsports Training Centre (NSTC) in Jindabyne as the NSTC Operations Manager. This hands-on role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the NSTC Park and broader facility precinct, supporting high performance athletes, pathway programs, community sessions and the continued growth of one of Australia’s premier snowsports training environments.

Based at the NSTC, the role will work closely with athletes, coaches, pathway providers and Snow Australia staff to ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard year-round. From airbag operations and facility maintenance through to supporting camps, events and new program development, this is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about snowsports, operations and community engagement.

• Hold, or are willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR
