Winter Hours (April – October) Max 3 sessions per day
Summer Hours (November - March) Max 4 sessions per day

All Bookings

• Copy of insurance for coaches to be provided
• All coaches and athletes must be financial members (NSTC Access Membership minimum)
• Coaches must have current First Aid
• Working With Children Check details 
• Coach Accreditations
• Coaches / athletes to complete introduction to facility induction

Coaching in a Community Session

• Community sessions are designed primarilty for public use
• Coaches / athletes may request to book coaching access 7 days prior to the community session. 
• Reservations will be confirmed by the NSTC as soon as possible prior to the booking.   
• A limit to the number of sessions that can be requested for coaching in a community sessions will be determined by community bookings and booking requests. 
• A $20 fee (per session), for coaching of athletes on site is payable by the coach.  Max. 4 athletes permitted with coach.

Private Bookings

• Open to individuals and groups
• Booking requests require a minimum of 7 days notice

International Teams / Athletes - NSO AccessAgreement

The NSTC is a world-class High Performance training facility and welcomes visiting elite international athletes.  It will be made available, by way of invitation to the following teams and individuals:

• Recognised (NSO) National & National Development Teams
• Individual athletes that qualify/compete in the following events:
  • World Cup
  • World Championships
  • XGames

This access is provided in the spirit of reciprocity and on the basis that an active NSTC International Athlete Access Agreement is in place for each National Team or individual athlete.

Snow Australia Recognised Pathway Providers

• Must be approved Snow Australia Recognised Pathway Providers

Buggy

A high quality electric golf buggy turns a 10-minute lap time walking into a 3-minute buggy ride when using the Large/XL jumps.  This is available for hire with or without a driver.  All drivers must be 18+ and have completed the ‘NSTC Buggy Accreditation' prior to the session.  Buggy hire is available for $80 per session without a driver (one member of the booking party may drive), additional staff may be provided to drive during the session booked at cost.  

Cancellation Fee / Deposits

Private Bookings

• A deposit of 30% is due once the quote has been approved.   
• Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the commencement of the booking will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. 
• Cancellations made within 7 – 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking will incur a 10% fee of the quoted cost.  
• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking, the full deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

Community Bookings

• Bookings are made online and paid in advance.  Bookings are non-transferrable. 
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the session, can request a full refund.  If your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, you can request to be re-scheduled to another session (subject to availability) within the following 30 days.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time may be subject to refund or transfer penalties.  All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
