Shred for Chumpy Day - Monday 8 July

Published Thu 04 Jul 2024

This Monday is Shred for Chumpy Day.

Monday 8 July marks the fourth anniversary of the passing of Alex 'Chumpy' Pullin, an iconic figure in Australian snowsports whose legacy continues as strongly as ever, including via the annual SBX JNR Series which is powered by the Chumpy Pullin Foundation.

Shred for Chumpy Day is an opportunity for the snowsports community to come together to pay tribute to the incredible human he was, the impact he had and the inspiration he continues to radiate. It is a special event where people from all walks of life gather at dedicated meeting spots, share their personal stories of Chumpy, then embark on a symbolic lap of honour in his memory.

Snow Australia proudly supports the Chumpy Pullin Foundation to invite you to join in remembering Chumpy’s passion for snowboarding, surfing, music, family and friends.
