SPORT PREVIEW: Aussies compete in final World Cups of Olympic Qualification Period this weekend

With three weeks to go until the Milano-Cortina Olympic Winter Games, our Aussies will be out in full force competing across the world this weekend.
After winning bronze earlier this week in Downhill, Josh Hanlon will race in the Super-G World Cup in Saalbach, Austria on January 16-17.
Australia's Ski-Mo athletes will wrap up their campaign at the World Cup in Courcheval, France tomorrow (17 January) with the Vertical event.
Seven Moguls athletes (Matt Graham, Jackson Harvey, George Murphy, Cooper Woods, Jakara Anthony, Emma Bosco and Charlotte Wilson) will compete at the World Cup in Waterville, USA.
At the Para Snowboard BSL World Cup and European Cup event in Kuehtai, Austria, five Aussies will compete - Aaron McCarthy, Sean Pollard, Blair Rosser (EC), Ben Tudhope and Amanda Reid.
The Snowboard Cross World Cup circuit arrives in Dongbeiya, China on 17-18 January, with Cameron Bolton, Declan Dent, Jarryd Hughes, James Johnstone, Adam Lambert, Josie Baff, Mia Clift, Amber Essex and Abbey Wilson all racing.
Greta Small will hit the slopes at the Downhill and Super-G World Cup in Tarvisio, Italy. While Alpine Snowboarders Millie Bongiorno and Harvey Edmanson take on the mountain at the World Cup in Bankso, Bulgaria.
A full Aussie lineup will feature at the World Cup in Laax, Switzerland, where both Slopestyle and Halfpipe events will be held. 12 Aussies, including Olympians Emily Arthur, Valentino Guseli and Scotty James, are expected to compete.
The FIS Freeride Junior World Championships will be held in Kappl, Austria - where Harry Rowden (Ski) and Gabe Hardwick (Snowboard) will compete.
Rounding out the weekend's action will be Hugh McAdam, racing at the Alpine World Cup in Wengen, Switzerland.
Looking ahead to next week, Australian Ski Cross athletes Liam Michael and Kyra Wheatley will race at the World Cp in Veysonnaz, Switzerland from January 21-25.
