SnowReady - Episode 5

Designed to help you get fit to ski or snowboard on your next snow trip, the SnowReady program outlines a combination of warm-up, strength, fitness and warm-down exercises that will help you maximise your enjoyment and time on snow.

Three time Winter Olympian Sami Kennedy-Sim hosts each episode, and will guide you through the correct technique for each of the exercises, so you can complete the workout in your own time. Three levels of each exercise have been included in the program (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced), which will also help you progress with your fitness and strength each week.  A PDF document of each week's program is also available for download, so you don't have to rely on the video each time you exercise.
