Women of Winter Action Plan – Community Survey

The Snow Australia Women of Winter Action Plan will set a long-term direction to strengthen women’s participation, progression, and leadership across the snowsports community.

To inform this work, Snow Australia has engaged leaders, coaches, athletes, and key stakeholders through a series of workshops to explore experiences within the sport and industry. These discussions highlighted positive progress, including increasing female participation, more inclusive leadership practices, and initiatives supporting women, while also identifying areas where further action is required.

This community survey represents the final stage of consultation. It seeks to validate the key themes emerging from these discussions, gather insights from the broader snowsports community, and help prioritise initiatives that will make snowsports more accessible, inclusive, and supportive for women at every stage of their journey.

All members of the snowsports community are invited to complete this short (approximately 10-minute) survey and contribute to shaping the Women of Winter Action Plan.

Survey closes: 5pm, Monday 23rd of March.
