Performance Pathway ManagerSnow Australia is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to oversee the strategic development and operational delivery of our national performance pathway. The role drives athlete progression from talent identification through to elite preparation across all Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, ensuring strong alignment with Snow Australia’s high-performance goals. Reporting to the General Manager – Sport and part of the leadership team, the Performance Pathway Manager provides oversight of Emerging and Developing athlete programs, supports coach development and education frameworks, and strengthens Daily Training Environments (DTEs). The position also leads Para development initiatives, talent search activities and pathway program planning across the FTEM/Athlete Development Framework. A key aspect of the role is managing performance partnerships with the AIS, OWIA, AOC, Paralympics Australia and state institutes (NSWIS, VIS, QAS). We are seeking a highly effective communicator who can build strong relationships with athletes, coaches, pathway providers and stakeholders across the high-performance system.
