TSRC Are Hiring! Alpine Ski Racing Head Coach

Thredbo Ski Racing Club (TSRC) is seeking an Elite Alpine Ski Racing Head Coach to lead the development of more than 50 athletes from junior levels through to FIS/ANC competition. As a performance racing program, TSRC has a long history of producing national team athletes and international competitors, supported by a strong culture of excellence and progression. The Head Coach will oversee training and race preparation, guide a coaching team, collaborate with resort and club leadership, and help shape the club’s long-term strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will bring elite international coaching experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for athlete development. Applicants should hold at minimum ISIA/APSI Level 4 or equivalent coaching qualifications and have a proven record of success at FIS or elite levels.
