Snow Australia Commences CEO Succession Process

Following the announcement that Chief Executive Officer Michael Kennedy will step down in April 2026, the Snow Australia Board has approved the appointment of recruitment firm Sport Executive to support the process of appointing the organisation’s next CEO.
 
Sport Executive Principal, Stuart Carruthers, will support the Board through a structured, confidential and proportionate process. This approach reflects the long-term planning already undertaken by the Board and is intended to provide continuity, stability and strong governance, while ensuring the Board is well placed to confirm the right leadership for Snow Australia’s next phase.
