Snow Australia Live Lounge and Watch Parties

With the announcement of the Australian Winter Olympic Team for Beijing 2022, Snow Australia is excited to invite the snowsport community to come together to cheer on our Olympic Athletes from the Beijing Live Lounge at the Icehouse in Melbourne or from the supporting Beijing Watch Parties in Narara (NSW), Jindabyne and Canberra.

With spectators not allowed in Beijing, the Live Lounge and Watch Parties will be open for the Snow Community throughout the games for the Olympian families, friends and supporters to gather and view the broadcast, along with past Olympians, coaches, National Team members, and the wider snow community.

With Australian athletes competing in 10 events across 5 sports, the Beijing Live Lounge and Watch Parties are expected to be buzzing with anticipation, as our athletes compete against the worlds best.

Beijing Live Lounge - Melbourne

During the 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games Snow Australia will hosting the The Beijing Live Lounge at the Icehouse in Melbourne.

The Live Lounge will be showing all the action from Beijing throughout the Games on the big screen in the St Moritz Bar at the O'Brien Icehouse. With limited capacity the major events are filling up quickly so make sure you secure your place by following the link below.

To support their local athletes Watch Parties will be held at Narara, Jindabyne and Canberra.

Jindabyne

With many locals having made the Olympic Team, Snow Australia welcomes the Jindabyne community to gather at the “Bowlo” to celebrate and support their homegrown, local talent. Over 5 days, Men’s, Womens’, and Mixed Team Boardercross races, Women’s Ski Cross and Women’s Freeski events will be shown. 

Canberra

Vertikal in Canberra is excited to host a special event for the broadcasting of the Women’s Aerials featuring three-time Olympian, double world Champion and Canberra local, Laura Peel.
