| What I love most about skiing: |
Skiing is my whole world. It is the sport which has provided me with the drive to push myself, to persevere through setbacks, all in hopes for pursuing my goals of reaching the highest levels of the sport. Skiing has allowed me to feel free, and express myself on slope. It has helped shape me into the person I have become, and for that I am forever grateful, and I am looking forward to where skiing will take me in the future. |

My coach once told me that in a sport such as ski racing, to truly compete to your best potential you have to put in all the work, every rep matters, so that when you are in the start gate you can be confident, knowing you did everything in your ability to work harder than your competitors. |
