Organised for Snow Australia X/C Committee by the NSWACT X/C Committee.
This is a FIS endorsed event, part of the Continental Cup series and an Australian Junior/Open Selection Race.

Race Office
The Race Office outside the Nordic Shelter will be open from 8:00am - 9:00am on race day. Race numbers can be collected during those hours.
Online Entries
Online entries will close on Wednesday 19 August at midnight . Late entries will not be accepted.

Ski Out of Age Group (SOOAG) - Competitors who wish to ski out of their age group must select "Ski-out-of-Age" AND must notify the event organiser by email prior to the closing date to inform them of the intention to do so. If this confirmation is not received by closing, the competitor will be entered into the draw as per their birth year. This process will help ensure that you are entered in the correct event on the day.
Presentations
Presentations will be held outside of the Nordic Shelter shortly after the event.
Media Consent: I agree to allow NSWACT XC to use my and/or my child's/ward's name and any images taken of me and/or my child/ward during activities for the promotion of Cross Country Skiing in the media and to the general public.
Entry Rules
Please note that you must have either a SSA International, National or Sports Class SnowID in order to register. If you do not have a SnowID # or are unsure if you have a SnowID, or if you wish to upgrade the race licence class of your SnowID, please visit the Snow Australia membership page. The Australian Open/Masters/Juniors 10km XC Classical Championships has 2 categories of racing which is determined by the race licence class of the race entrant.
Championship Race: Open to all registered SSA International, National and Junior (U20) Sports Class competitors.
Note: Sports Class (Junior U20 and below) are eligible to compete in the Championship race and are eligible for National and State rankings or National and State team selection.
Sports Class: Open to all SSA registered Sports Class skiers. Sports Class competitors will be listed in a separate race result.
Note:
- Sports Class (Junior U20 and below) are eligible to compete and receive a result in the Championship class (as detailed above).
- Sport Class competitors (Open and Masters) are ineligible for the Open Championship results, National rankings or National team selection.
- Sports Class (Master U40 and above) skiers are eligible for the Championship Class Age results however they are not eligible for Open Championship results.
Notes for Junior Skiers
- Junior Boys Under 20 (who ski 10km) will be automatically entered in the Senior men championship event (who also ski 10km) and thus could be both the overall junior boys champion and the overall senior men champion for that event.
- Junior Girls Under 20 (who ski 10km) will be automatically entered in the Senior Women championship event (who also ski 10km) and thus could be both the overall junior girls champion and the overall senior women champion for that event.
