Election of Directors

There were two (2) nominations for the two (2) Director positions.

•    Ms. Louise Barrett
•    Mr. Steve Cooper

Under Rule 33 of the Snow Australia Constitution, as the number of nominees is equal to the number of vacant positions, these nominees are declared elected.

Voting

Only persons or entities who have joined* the Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the AGM date, being before 5.00pm on Monday, 19 February 2024, and are 15 years of age at the time of the meeting will be eligible to vote at that meeting.

*Financial member including individual, sport or facility categories. Free membership (i.e. Snowracer) does not include voting rights. See item 10b of the Snow Australia consititution for more information.
