Mount Hotham Freeski (MHFS)

Mt Hotham Freeski (MHFS) is an all ski, all terrain club located in Mt Hotham Ski Resort, Victoria.

Catering for general freeski and freestyle skill development, MHFS cater for all kinds of members- Those who are starting to explore their interest in freeski or freestyle snowsports, to those pursuing national team representation or who aspire to a fulltime sporting career, MHFS see it as their responsibility to guide all participants along the Snowsports pathway.

MHFS is striving to improve and create new technical support and facilities on the mountain for all skiers to enjoy. They work closely with Mt Hotham ski resort to. ensure they retain highly trained Free Ski coaches and even have pop-up special guest coaching and mentoring with community heros.

MHFS Have a variety of program offerings, with multiple levels of commitment. You can be involved in the club over school holidays, part time, full time or even casually. MHFS also have training opportunities for adults mid-week or weekends.

Servicing the Freeski and Freestyle communities, MHFS focus on skill development and on snow exposures in Park + Pipe, Moguls, Ski Cross & Big Mountain disciplines. They encourage holistic athlete development and foster the importance of team work, community, personal wellbeing, overcoming limitations and fun in a safe and progressive environment.
