HR Lead

Snow Australia is seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Lead to join our People and Performance Team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a National Sporting Organisation (NSO) supporting Australia’s athletes, coaches, staff, contractors and volunteers across the snowsports community. Working closely with the Head of People & Performance, you will help deliver a positive employee experience by coordinating recruitment and onboarding, performance and development, employee engagement, people systems, policy administration, contracting and workplace health and safety initiatives.

This permanent, part-time role, three days per week, would suit a capable HR professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality work and can balance strategic priorities with hands-on coordination. Based at Snow Australia's Melbourne office at O’Brien Icehouse in Docklands, with hybrid working available, the role offers the chance to join a collaborative and purpose-driven team and help shape the people practices supporting the future of Australian snowsports.
