2024 Snow Australia Award Nominees

Published Wed 01 May 2024

The stage is set for the biggest night on the snowsport calendar with the 2024 Snow Australia Awards to take place in Melbourne on Thursday night.

Over the last three weeks we have been recapping the competitive seasons for athletes, teams and programs across all disciplines:

Para Alpine & Para Snowboard | Alpine & Ski Cross | Aerials & Moguls
Snowboard Cross & Alpine Snowboard | Park & Pipe | Cross Country & SkiMo

Australian athletes scored 18 World Cup victories while 53 podium performances were achieved over the northern winter. The next generation also performed strongly at the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Gangwon, Korea, bringing home three medals.

Snow Australia Discipline Committees selected the male and female athlete of the year in each respective discipline to become the nominees for the Athlete of the Year Awards.

The Snow Australia judging panel then selected the finalists in each category with the winners to be revealed on Thursday night.
