Come & Try Cross Country Classic Skiing

Ever wanted to give Cross Country Classic Skiing a go or pick up some new skills? This is the perfect opportunity!

This fun and friendly event is open to anyone new to Cross Country Classic Skiing. The cost is just $30 per person for the day.

What’s included:

• Two-hour lesson with professional instructors (9:00am–11:00am)

• Sausage sandwich lunch

• Guided trail tour in the afternoon
  Please arrive by 8:30am to be placed into the right group.

Note: Lessons will focus on the Classic Cross Country Skiing technique.

Equipment:
Participants will need to bring or hire their own cross-country ski gear. Rentals are available from:

• Wilderness Sports (Jindabyne & Perisher)

• Rhythm Sports (Cooma)

How to Register:

All participants must be members of Snow Australia first to register for the day. Membership is free if you choose the membership type 'SnowID'

This event is proudly hosted by the Snow Australia NSW/ACT Cross Country Committee and Perisher X-Country.

Snow conditions: If the event cannot run due to lack of snow, your entry fee will be donated to the Perisher Nordic Shelter.
