Ride for the Games Details
Snow Australia and Paralympics Australia are proud to present Ride for the Games, a celebration of snowsports, held at Urban Xtreme in Queensland while our Australian athletes compete for gold on the world stage.
Experience the thrill of indoor skiing and snowboarding, take part in fun snow themed activities, learn about Snow Australia’s Para programs, and start practising movements similar to those used in our on snow disciplines!
The day will finish with a Games watch party, where we’ll come together to cheer on Team Australia as they compete for Gold.
Date: Saturday, 7 March
Location: Urban Xtreme in Queensland.
Outline
Saturday, 7 March:
Participants will spend the day skiing or snowboarding, joining in fun snow themed activities and games, then come together in the evening for a watch party to cheer on our Aussies competing in Italy!
Inclusions:
- Lunch, Dinner and Snacks
- Ski and Snowboard Equipment and Instruction
Transport:
Athletes are required to supply their own transport.
Meals:
You’ll need to organise your own breakfast before arriving at the venue.Snacks, lunch, and dinner will be provided throughout the day.
Accomodation:
We recommend booking accommodation for Saturday night, as the watch party will run from 6 PM onwards.
