Must register for at least the "XC Sport Racer Membership" or above. 

2026 Program Inclusions

• General coaching and training advice.
• Ability to participate in training sessions, training camps, and other activities
• Coaching and waxing support at designated events (not including glide waxing, see below).
• Ability to purchase team uniforms (if available)

Team Fee

• $165 (including GST)

Your Role as an Athlete with VIC XC

*Attendance at camps whenever possible. *Being an active participant. *Display Generosity of Spirit when training with and racing against your fellow xc athletes. *Respect and common curtsey shown to your coaches, race officials, volunteers, staff, and attendees on camps and at events. *Uphold Snow Australia’s Integrity Policies. *Strive to improve your skills. *Make new friendships. And above all... *Enjoy yourself!

Your Role as a Parent/Guardian of a VIC XC athlete

*Encouragement and support to your athlete and the wider group encompassing the whole of VIC XC Community. *Volunteer as a helper & driver (full licence only) on VIC XC Camps - our camps cannot run without your support. *Help at race events when required. Roles may include but are not limited to timing support, course set up and pack up, bib and electronic tag collection. *Cheer squad and photographers to mark the events.

You must hold an up to date Working With Children Card  (WWCC) volunteer level, to attend camps and partake in VIC XC run events, depending on the role required.
