| Why I love competing in Alpine: | Although ski racing is a demanding sport both physically and mentally, I love the reward it can provide. In ski racing, you face challenges almost everyday, but it is so gratifying when you make that perfect turn or reach a certain goal. This feeling compels me to continue to want to push more out of the sport and allows me to push myself further to accomplish my goals. | |
| Any training advice: | If you are having a tough day, do not give up because you will never be able to accomplish anything you want in ski racing if you do not continue to perservere and work harder to overcome these challenges. Also, continue to stay postitive and try to think of something you improved during your training day, even if it is small. | |
