All Bookings
- Copy of insurance for coaches to be provided
- All coaches and athletes must be financial members (NSTC Access Membership minimum)
- Coaches must have current First Aid
- Working With Children Check details
- Coach Accreditations
- Coaches / athletes to complete introduction to facility induction
Coaching in a Community Session
Coaches are required to inform the NSTC of any training of individual athletes during community sessions and must provide the following details for coaching access:
- Community sessions are primarily for public use. Coaching requests are approved at NSTC’s discretion.
- Coaches must notify NSTC, via email nstc@snow.org.au at least 72 hours in advance with a list of nominated athletes. A maximum of four (4) athletes per coach will be permitted.
- Athletes are responsible for booking and payment of the community session.
- Confirmation of coaching access will be confirmed by the NSTC as soon as possible prior to the booking. Requests are subject to availability, limited by community registrations and session capacity.
- A $20 per coach access fee applies, payable by the coach before the session.
- Coaches must be current financial members of Snow Australia, hold a current WWCC and First aid/CPR accreditations.
- Induction by the NSTC Operations Manager is required. Coaches may be required to assist with operations (eg. radio use, water control, buggy driving).
- No more than two (2) coaches may book into any one community session.
- Coaches may only coach their nominated athletes; additional fees may apply for unauthorised coaching.
- Coaches must bring their own radios, tuned to the NSTC frequency.
Private Bookings
- Open to individuals and groups. Min number of 6 athletes apply.
- Booking requests require a minimum of 7 days notice through the NSTC Enqiry Form
International Teams / Athletes - NSO Access Agreement
The NSTC is a world-class High Performance training facility and welcomes visiting elite international athletes. It will be made available, by way of invitation to the following teams and individuals:
- Recognised (NSO) National & National Development Teams
- Individual athletes that qualify/compete in the following events:
- World Cup
- World Championships
- XGames
This access is provided in the spirit of reciprocity and on the basis that an active NSTC International Athlete Access Agreement is in place for each National Team or individual athlete.
Snow Australia Recognised Pathway Providers
- Must be approved Snow Australia Recognised Pathway Providers
Cancellation Fee / Deposits
Private Bookings
- A deposit of 30% is due once the quote has been approved.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the commencement of the booking will receive a full refund of the deposit, less $100 administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 – 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the quoted cost.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking, the full deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email nstc@snow.org.au
Community Bookings
- Bookings are made online and paid in advance. Bookings are non-transferrable.
- Cancellations due to injury or medical circumstances, made at least 48 hours in advance of the class and/or session, will receive a full refund (less credit card fees). Cancellations due to injury or medical circumstances made within 48 hours of the class and/or session can request to be rescheduled to another session (subject to availability) within the following 30 days, no refunds will be given.
- Cancellations due to other circumstances, within reason, may be eligible for a refund provided sufficient notice is given in writing with a valid reason. Any approved refunds will incur a 20% cancellation fee, plus credit card fees, from the time notice is received.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing, along with a medical certificate where required, via email nstc@snow.org.au Cancellations or requests to reschedule will not be accepted via phone.
